We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.

What is Gallant Exclusive’s Return Policy?

Our “100% Buyer Protection” allows for easy returns and refunds for:
1. Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
2. No refunds for colors, but only if Designs mismatched from the picture on website.

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels.
Customized or altered items are non refundable.

You need to send email with images of broken/defective/damaged products only within 15 days of receipt of item, with the label on it, and not used conditions. Please mention your order number in the email and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped.

After we review your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on return of your item. Please allow us 3 days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item. We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?

When you’re returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error of our part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat $10 voucher which can be used to buy any of the Gallant Exclusive products for next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in good condition.

The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 working days of refund.
Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Please note: shipping fees are not refunded for preference return and gift certificates. Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.

When will I be refunded?

The refund will be processed only after item is received to our address. We will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

Items purchased using Gallant Exclusive Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for same item value, and does not
include the sales tax and shipping cost. Please send the email to for further
